You haven’t felt like yourself in quite some time…at this point, you’re not sure what to do!

Successful, capable women are building healthier lives here with practical tools, real support, and no clinical fluff.

This is where rebuilding your foundation begins.

You show up for everyone else. But inside, you're running on empty.

On the outside, you've got it together. Career. Family. Responsibilities handled. But on the inside? You feel disconnected. Tired. Like you're going through the motions without really feeling present in your own life.

You might call it anxiety or low-grade depression. You might not have a name for it at all. What you do know is that something's off and you don't want to spend months rehashing your past to fix it.

You want forward movement with real tools and tangible change.

The Foundational Approach helps high-functioning women slow down, take inventory, and build healthier lives beyond traditional therapy.

Hi, I’m Alisha!

I am a licensed therapist who understands the power of self-awareness. Having worked in private practice for decades, a clear pattern emerged among my clients: the women I worked with were suffering with remarkably similar concerns. Beneath the surface, it was almost always the same culprits: unhealthy habits and belief systems that had gone unexamined for years. These deeply rooted thought patterns and behaviors were quietly pulling them out of alignment with their true selves, manifesting as anxiety, depression, and a persistent sense that something just wasn’t right.

I created The Foundational Approach because I kept seeing the same woman: successful, capable, holding it all together on the outside, but feeling completely off-center on the inside. She'd often arrived self-diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or burnout, but beneath the surface, what she was really facing was something deeper:

Disconnection and misalignment…

From herself.

From joy.

From rest.

From clarity.

A group of people with their hands stacked together, showing diversity in skin tones and several rings, including one with a blue gemstone, symbolizing unity and teamwork.

That's why I built something different.

Because what these women needed at this premier stage of their lives, wasn't another coping strategy or a prescription to manage symptoms. They needed an approach designed specifically for this season: one where the pressures are real, the stakes feel high, and the old ways of pushing through are just no longer good enough!

The entire point of this work is to ensure that every woman who walks through this process feels genuinely seen and equipped with practical tools she can implement in her daily life. We observe. We examine. Then we implement change.

A therapeutic process, but not like traditional therapy. This approach challenges you to do the work daily, because real transformation happens in the process of clarity.

Joining a supportive group has never been easier- Check the calendar, pay for the sessions that speak to you, and drop in as it fits your schedule.

This option is for you if:

•      Want to test the waters before committing to a full program

•      Need targeted support on specific issues

•      Prefer flexibility over structure

The middle ground between drop-in groups and 12-week program are Group Series. Each series runs for four consecutive weeks, focusing on one specific challenge at a time: setting boundaries, managing burnout, reducing workplace stress, relationship recovery, challenging negative thoughts, healthy habits, etc. You'll learn practical tools, receive support from a closed group, and build community at the same time. This isn't surface-level work. Four weeks. One topic. Real progress.

This option is for you if:

• Need more structure than a drop-in session

• Aren't ready for the full 12-week program

• Want focused attention on one pressing challenge

• Thrive with community accountability and progressive learning

Option 3: The Clarity Collective - 12 Week Intentional Program

$2,997 for 12 weeks | Closed Cohort

Four women having a conversation at a cafe table, one is taking notes, the others are smiling and talking, with a brick wall in the background.

We meet weekly for accountability and strategy. You'll learn how to observe patterns without judgment, identify what's no longer serving you, and replace old habits with intentional choices rooted in health and wholeness.

This option is for you if:

•      You've tried to change behaviors, but it never seems to last

•      You work well with others and love community support

•      You are ready to invest in yourself fully

Helping women reconnect with themselves

Real tools, not just talk

Self awareness in action

Let's talk about what might be holding you back.

“I don’t have time for this.”

I get it! You're already juggling so much. But consider this: how much time are you losing to frustration, exhaustion, and spinning your wheels? This work is intentional and crafted to help you spend more time on things that matter and less time on things that don’t!

"I've tried therapy before. It didn't help."

This isn't therapy. This is targeted attention and guided direction. We focus on what's happening now and what you can do about it. It's action-oriented, forward-focused execution designed for women who want results.

"I've tried to change before and failed."

That's exactly why The Foundational Approach is different. You don't need more willpower- you know that you want it, you just don’t know how to achieve it. You need a structured system that moves you from awareness to action to maintenance. With group guided support and accountability every step of the way, this time, change sticks.

Imagine waking up and actually

feeling rested.

Imagine having the energy to show up fully in your life. Not just for others, but for yourself. Imagine setting a boundary and not feeling guilty about it. Imagine knowing what you need and giving yourself permission to ask for it.

That's what women are building here:

•      Better sleep habits

•      Improved interpersonal skills and healthier relationships

•      Setting boundaries without guilt

•      Taking ownership behaviors

•      A stronger connection to authenticity

•      Increased mindfulness

Building a life that feels good to live is not about perfection, it’s about alignment.

Can I Really Do This?

Yes. Capability was never the problem.

Here's what I know about you: you're capable, self-aware, and deeply motivated (you wouldn't be here if you weren't). When you choose to do the work, you are choosing to embrace the change and that kind of choice produces results.

You don't need to fix yourself.

You need to understand yourself. Through honest observation, intentional choices, and a space where you're supported and not judged, you are capable of doing the hard work of turning awareness into action!

You've spent years taking care of everyone else, now is the time to focus on you.

Whether you start with a single drop-in session or book a consultation for the 12-week program, this is where you begin.

No pressure.

Just real support and practical tools to help you build a life that feels good on the inside and the outside.
